• 2 salmon steaks from Warraich Meat Shop
  • Tablespoon of rosemary
  • 2 Tablespoons of honey
  • Tablespoon of olive oil
  • 3 Cloves of crushed garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons of granadilla pu

Preparation Method of BBQ Salmon

  • Place your salmon into a mixing bowl. Pour in the honey, a tablespoon on each salmon. Sprinkle over the rosemary together with the crushed garlic.
  • Flip over the salmon and spread over the granadilla pulp, a tablespoon on each salmon.
  • Then finally pour over the olive oil and leave the mixture in the fridge for about three hours before grilling.
  • Grill on a low heat or use in-direct grilling. Grill for twenty minutes turning occasionally.
  • This is an exciting exotic BBQ fish recipe, but really delicious. Definitely a must to try over and over again.
